Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@pjkabosllc.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. In your email, please include clear photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, and the product you received. Please notify us if you would like a replacement or a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if it was approved or not. If a refund request was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at info@pjkabosllc.com.
If a replacement request was approved, we will provide you with further information via email.
